Class types

Six classes. One program behind them.

Every class follows the same 12-week strength cycle, so Tuesday's squats and Thursday's kettlebells build on each other instead of starting from zero.

Start here. Squat, hinge, press and carry, taught in a group of six with a coach fixing your setup.

All levels · required for new members
