Start with a free 30-minute hair-loss assessment. We look closely at your scalp, talk through your history, and tell you plainly which options make sense for you, including when the answer is "wait and monitor".
No pressure, no package pitch on day one. You leave with a written summary either way.
New this fall: evening assessments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus same-week scalp analysis appointments at Midtown.
Check availabilityMost people start with the free assessment. Medical treatments are offered only after a licensed physician has reviewed your health history and confirmed they're suitable for you.
A conversation about your history, family pattern and routine, a visual scalp check and standard photos so we have a baseline to compare against later.
A medical review of possible causes, any lab work that may be useful, and a written plan with options and costs. The fee is credited to your first treatment.
Magnified imaging of several scalp zones to look at hair density, shaft thickness and the condition of the skin. Images are saved to your file for future comparison.
Platelet-rich plasma prepared from a small sample of your own blood and applied to thinning areas. It may help some people with certain types of hair loss; your provider will tell you whether you're a reasonable candidate.
Painless red-light sessions in a comfortable chair, often used alongside other treatments. Typically scheduled two or three times a week over several months.
An honest look at your donor area, likely graft numbers and whether you're a candidate now, later or not at all. Procedure costs depend on the graft count.
Gentle exfoliation, cleansing and a calming mask for flaky, oily or itchy scalps, plus a home-care routine you can actually stick to.
Prices are for the Midtown clinic and may differ at other Halden locations. HSA/FSA cards accepted where eligible. Monthly payment plans are available for PRP series and transplant procedures, subject to approval.
You can stop after any stage. Plenty of people leave after the assessment with a home-care plan and a date to check back in.

"The side-by-side photos at my six-month check were the first time I felt I had real information, not guesses."
"Jamal walked me through every number before I booked anything. Evening appointments made it easy around work."
Individual results vary, and no treatment works for everyone. We don't promise or guarantee results. Medical treatments are offered after a consultation with a licensed provider who reviews your health history.
Yes. The 30-minute assessment has no charge and no obligation. If you'd like a physician consultation or scalp analysis afterwards, those are priced separately and listed on this page.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Hair loss has many causes, and people respond differently to the same treatment. We'll tell you what is realistic for your situation, and we track progress with photos so you can judge for yourself.
Hair grows slowly, so most plans are reviewed at around three and six months. Some people notice a difference, some notice little or none. That's why we schedule check-ins rather than ask you to commit to a long course up front.
Most people describe it as uncomfortable rather than painful. We use a topical numbing cream, and your provider will go over what to expect, possible side effects and aftercare before your first session.
It depends on your donor area, the pattern and stability of your hair loss, and your general health. The FUE consult is free, and we will tell you if a transplant isn't a good idea for you right now.
Yes. Hair thinning in women is common and often has different causes from male-pattern loss, so the assessment and any recommended lab work reflect that.
Most hair-loss treatments aren't covered by insurance. We accept HSA/FSA cards where eligible and offer monthly payment plans for PRP series and transplant procedures, subject to approval.
