Privacy policy
Multistead is a product of JJS Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through multistead.com, our consultation bookings, our LinkedIn lead forms and our email, and how we use it. Last updated 29 October 2026.
What we collect
- When you book a consultation: your name, email address and any answers you give in the booking form (for example your company and number of locations). Bookings are handled by Calendly.
- When you fill in a LinkedIn lead form: the details you choose to submit, such as your name, work email, company, job title and number of locations. LinkedIn passes these to us.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the website: standard technical information such as pages viewed, browser type, approximate location and how you arrived. We use the Google Ads tag and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure whether our ads lead to visits and bookings, Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site (for example clicks, scrolling and mouse movement), so we can improve it.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, patient or health information through this website, our forms or email.
How we use it
- To arrange and hold your consultation, and to follow up about it.
- To reply to your questions and send you information you asked for.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for anything unrelated to Multistead.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run our website and bookings: Vercel (website hosting), Calendly (bookings), Google (advertising measurement and site analytics), LinkedIn (advertising measurement and lead forms), Microsoft (Clarity site analytics) and our email provider. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and advertising
The Google Ads tag and the LinkedIn Insight Tag use cookies to count ad clicks, visits and bookings, and may let us show our ads again to people who visited the site. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies to understand how the site is used. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and Microsoft's privacy statement explains how Clarity handles data. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out through Google's ad settings and LinkedIn's advertising settings.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email contact@multistead.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in California, the EU or the UK, you have these rights under your local privacy laws, and we honour them for everyone.
Clients' data
This policy covers our own website and sales enquiries. Data that our clients and their customers put into the Multistead platform is handled under each client's agreement with us, including a business associate agreement (BAA) where health information is involved.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
