Uberall alternative
Uberall alternative: pricing, Uberall vs Yext, and when to look elsewhere
If you're looking for an Uberall alternative, start with what you need it to do. Uberall is a listings-first platform: it keeps location data accurate across many directories and adds reviews, social and AI-search tools. If the gap you feel is the location websites themselves, plus rank tracking and franchisee support, a website-first hub like Multistead covers different ground, and many brands could run both.
Multistead: from $249 per location per month, billed annually. Unlimited users.
What Uberall offers, as of October 2026
On its pricing page, Uberall sells three plans. Each one includes "Uberall Essentials", which lists unlimited users, a dashboard, a mobile app, analytics and support.
- Show Up: Essentials plus Listings.
- Stand Out: adds Reviews.
- Connect: adds Local Social and posting to Google and Apple.
Locator & Local Pages, GEO Studio (Uberall's tool for visibility in AI search) and Social Ads are sold as add-ons. Uberall's home page says its listings reach "150+ directories including Google, Apple, voice search and AI powered tools". The company is based in Berlin.
What Uberall does well: broad directory coverage, an early move into AI-search visibility for multi-location brands, unlimited users in every plan, and listings plus reviews in one dashboard.
Uberall pricing: what's public and what isn't
Uberall does not publish prices. As of October 2026, its pricing page shows plan contents and a "request pricing" button, but no dollar figures, no location minimum and no contract terms.
One third-party source, WiserNotify, says "all packages require a minimum of 25 locations" and that there is no free plan or trial. We could not confirm the minimum on Uberall's own site, so treat it as a third-party claim and ask Uberall directly. If it holds, brands with 5 to 25 locations may not fit Uberall's packages.
Uberall vs Yext
Many buyers shortlist Uberall and Yext together, because both lead with listings. Here is what each vendor says publicly, as of October 2026.
| Uberall | Yext | |
|---|---|---|
| Listings reach | "150+ directories" (Uberall home page) | "200+ direct integrations" (Yext blog) |
| Location pages | Add-on: Locator & Local Pages | Pages product |
| AI search | GEO Studio add-on | Scout and Yext AI |
| Published prices | No | No. "There's no flat per-location price to quote" (Yext FAQ) |
| Contract terms | Not stated on the pricing page | Billing "typically annual"; multi-year proposals by default; a one-year term "carries a modest uplift" |
| Free trial | Not offered, per WiserNotify (third-party) | "No free tier and no standard free trial" |
| Users | Unlimited, in Essentials | Not stated in the FAQ |
In short, the two are closer to each other than to a website platform. Pick on directory coverage in your markets, how the AI-search tools fit your team, and the quote you get. For more on Yext, see our Yext alternative page and the head-to-head Yext vs SOCi.
Why brands look for an Uberall alternative
- The location websites live somewhere else. Listings send people to a page. If that page is a thin locator entry, or a site an agency controls, the listings work stops at the click.
- They have fewer than 25 locations. If the reported minimum applies, smaller groups need another option.
- They want to see a price before a sales call. Uberall, like most rivals, quotes on request.
Where Multistead is different
Multistead starts with the website for every location, then adds the local work around it:
- A full website per location, built from templates headquarters approves. Owners edit hours, team, offers and photos within brand guardrails. See franchise website design.
- Per-location SEO: titles, descriptions, LocalBusiness schema, sitemaps and a checklist score.
- A 7×7 Google Maps rank grid for every location (monthly on Local, weekly on Complete). See the local rank tracker.
- AI-drafted replies to Google reviews; positive ones can post on their own, sensitive ones wait for the owner.
- Reports and dashboards for each location, with headquarters seeing all of them.
- A franchisee support desk for cases, requests and change approvals with SLAs.
- Listings on the key directories set up and matched during onboarding, with the platform flagging mismatches afterwards.
Listings, honestly: Multistead covers the website and Google Business Profile for every location, and the key directories in a different way: during onboarding our team sets up and matches each location's listings on Apple Business Connect, Bing Places, Yelp, Facebook/Instagram, Yellow Pages and Foursquare (plus Healthgrades for health brands), and the platform's citation tracker then flags any directory where a name, address or phone is missing or doesn't match. It is not automatic real-time syndication to a large directory network. If you need instant pushes to Uberall's 150+ directories, keep a listings tool like Uberall's Show Up plan alongside Multistead.
What Multistead costs at 25, 50 and 100 locations
Because Multistead publishes its prices, you can work out a budget before a call. The figures below are recurring costs per year, billed annually, including the $990/month Headquarters plan.
| Locations | Local ($449), per year | Complete ($649), per year | Local, effective per location / month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25 (10% off) | $133,110 | $187,110 | $444 |
| 50 (10% off) | $254,340 | $350,460 | $424 |
| 100 (20% off) | $442,920 | $623,040 | $369 |
How we calculated it: per-location price × locations × 12, less the volume discount (applied to per-location fees only); plus Headquarters at $990/month (waived on Complete at 50+ locations). Setup is not included: it is a one-time setup fee, quoted on your first call, based on the number of sites. Enterprise (400+ locations) is custom pricing: book a meeting. Full detail on the pricing section.
That figure covers the location websites, hosting, SEO, rank grids and review replies. To compare it fairly with Uberall, add what you pay today for location sites, a rank tracker and agency time per location, then decide whether you still need a separate listings tool.
Who should stay with Uberall
- Brands whose main problem is listing accuracy across many directories and countries.
- Teams investing in AI-search visibility and happy with GEO Studio.
- Brands whose location websites already work well and are owned in-house.
Questions
Is there a long-term contract?
Annual plans are a 12-month commitment at the lower price. Monthly plans cost more, and you can cancel them at any time with 30 days' notice, which is your offboarding period. Multi-year agreements save 10% for 2 years or 20% for 3 years, with your price locked. If you leave, you can take an export of your sites (an offboarding fee is agreed up front in your contract, so there are no surprises).
How much does Uberall cost?
Uberall does not publish prices. As of October 2026 its pricing page lists three plans (Show Up, Stand Out and Connect) and asks you to request pricing. Ask for a per-location figure and the contract length so you can compare like for like.
Does Uberall have a minimum number of locations?
A third-party review site, WiserNotify, says all Uberall packages need at least 25 locations. Uberall's own pricing page does not state a minimum, so confirm it with Uberall.
Is Uberall or Yext better?
Both lead with listings, location pages and AI-search tools, and neither publishes prices. Uberall cites 150+ directories and Yext cites 200+ integrations. The better choice depends on coverage in your markets, contract terms and the quote you receive.
Can Multistead replace Uberall completely?
Not if you rely on automatic syndication to a large directory network. Multistead runs the location websites and Google Business Profile, sets up and matches your listings on the key directories during onboarding, and flags mismatches afterwards. Brands that want instant pushes to many directories can keep a listings tool alongside it.
What happens to our sites if we leave Multistead?
If you leave, you can take an export of your sites (an offboarding fee is agreed up front in your contract, so there are no surprises).
